Spring 2025 Workout Dates
Afternoon Dates (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
April 15, 16, 28, 29 May 1, 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20, 22 Morning Dates (Wednesdays) April 16 & 30 May 7, 14, 21 |
Afternoon workouts take place from 3:15-4:45. These are primarily strength & conditioning with a warmup/speed (weather permitting) on the field followed by a workout in the weight room.
Morning workouts take place from 7-8am. These are combine & technique-specific workouts to showcase football skills. Location: All workouts occur at the James F. Kennan, SJ athletic field and Perkins Athletic Center. 191 Sussex St. Jersey City, NJ - Map Below |
